Supply of Lubricants to Vessels from the Dock

On August 12, 2026, Lanchas del Sur S.A. provided World Fuel with a lubricant pumping service to a vessel at Berth 20 of the Port of Bahía Blanca.

Direct pumping from IBCs using hoses and pumps

The operation was carried out through the direct transfer of lubricants from IBCs located on the dock, using hose connections and pumps to transfer the product to the vessel.

This method made it possible to supply the vessel directly from shore instead of using the usual delivery by launch, which is commonly employed for this type of service.

Preventive measures and containment booms during the operation

During the operation, preventive measures were implemented both on the quay and on the water, including the deployment of containment booms as part of the operation's safety measures.
